All fees shown are in Canadian dollars.

* The special fee will apply to students, upon proof of status, and to people
from non-OECD countries plus Mexico and Turkey.

Included in registration:
Access to all sessions, conference material, coffee breaks, entrance to exhibit and poster sessions, opening ceremony, and the welcome reception (1 ticket).

Payment Method

By cheque, bank draft or money order in Canadian dollars endorsed by a
Canadian bank and payable to “ISEE 2004-UQAM”

By credit card: MasterCard/Eurocard or VISA. Please note that your payment
will be processed under the name of “JPdL Conventions” and converted to
Canadian dollars.

Note: Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

Confirmation

An official confirmation will be e-mailed to you from the Conference Secretariat - JPdL
once your payment is processed.

Cancellations and Deadlines

Cancellations must be made in writing and be received at the Secretariat
before the following deadlines:

Before January 31, 2004: Full refund less administrative costs of $25 CAD.
Between February 1st and April 30, 2004: 50% of registration fees will be refunded .
No refund will apply for cancellations received after April 30, 2004.
Refunds will be made after the Conference.
